Entry and Visa Requirements:

Passengers can find information about international travel at www.travel.state.gov. They can also contact the embassy of the country they are visiting. We will not be responsible if you do not have the proper travel documents and are denied entry to a country.

Reservationsdeal.co.uk does not guarantee entry into the en route country. Passengers understand that we assume no responsibility for determining passengers' eligibility for entry through any specific country. Any information provided by Reservationsdeal.co.uk employees must be verified with government authorities. Such information does not imply any liability on the part of Reservationsdeal.co.uk.

Ticket purchase and use of the site

Passengers must be at least 18 years of age and must comply with legally required authorities to enter into this agreement and use the site in accordance with all rules and regulations herein. When using this site and making a reservation for another person, they agree to inform that person of the rules that apply to travel reservations and to the reservation the Passenger has made on their behalf, including all applicable conditions and these rules and regulations. The Passenger is responsible for any travel reservations made by persons under their direction or control. Furthermore, the Passenger warrants that all information provided is accurate and in accordance with their name. Furthermore, the Passenger confirms that the traveler is not an unaccompanied minor.

Reservationsdeal.co.uk also has the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that any material you post on the Site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any material posted by you or any other user on the Site. Reservationsdeal.co.uk reserves the right to remove any material or posting you make on the Site if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with these rules and regulations.

Payment by credit/debit card

Errors may occur when making payment for your travel reservation due to technical or non-technical issues, so please check the following before or after making payment during your reservation.

  • Make sure all credit cards have a verifiable billing address in the United States or another country. 
  • When you present your credit or debit card to make a purchase, we request an authorization for the amount of the intended transaction. If, for some reason, the reservation is not confirmed, we will request that the credit/debit card be held for authorization, as you will not be charged for the authorization. Until you receive a refund or successfully cancel the reservation, you will not be able to use the amount for any other purpose; the amount will be held.
  • If your credit card is declined for any reason, we will notify you within 72 hours. Presenting your credit card does not automatically guarantee ticket issuance.
  • Reservationsdeal.co.uk assumes no responsibility if your credit card is not approved or modified.
  • Online credit card transactions are authorized when the passenger or any person acting on their behalf accepts these Rules and proceeds with the Purchase.
  • We use standardized security measures to process credit card payments. Fraudulent transactions, if they occur, are reported to airport security, airlines, and other federal and state law enforcement agencies.
  • When our system determines that certain transactions are high risk, we will not process them unless our credit card verification team has determined that they are safe to process.

Pay

Payment for the trip will be as indicated in our service, except in the case of an obvious error. Payment for trips is dynamic at any time. Price changes will not affect previously accepted reservations, except in the case of an obvious error. We display many travel services and strive to ensure that the prices shown are accurate. Reservationsdeal.co.uk reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our service.

Travelers must agree that neither we nor our affiliates will be liable for any loss or discrepancy due to the reasons listed below during use of the Reservationsdeal.co.uk website, and they must also agree to irrevocably waive any claim against us or its affiliates. We do not endorse any of these providers, nor are we responsible for the content of other websites or their privacy policies or other practices. If passengers choose to access other websites, they do so at their own risk, and it is the passenger's sole responsibility to read their rules and regulations and ensure that the links they select or the software they download do not contain viruses, worms, bugs, Trojan horses, or anything else. In such cases, we will not be liable for any loss.

Prohibited activities

  •  Our website is used for travel bookings. By using this site, you agree to make a legitimate reservation or purchase for yourself or another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.

  • The administrative fee will be $28 for a travel receipt request for a reservation you made a year or more ago.

Connection and Protection

  • This protection is a feature available on select Fusion flight fares and is designed to help you in the event you are affected by an involuntary schedule change, cancellation, or delay of your confirmed flight.
  •  Reservationsdeal.co.uk is covered by Connection Protection when passengers purchase an itinerary. In the event of an involuntary cancellation or schedule modification, our site will make a reasonable attempt to find an alternative flight option or other acceptable means of transportation to the passenger's destination.
  • If passengers are affected by an involuntary flight modification, they should immediately contact our site and not the airlines to be covered by this policy.
  • You can apply this option when your schedule change or flight cancellation affects the first leg of your confirmed flights, preventing you from arriving at your destination more than 24 hours after your original departure time.

Compensation

You agree to defend and indemnify Reservationsdeal.co.uk and the covered parties from and against any claims, causes of action, damages, losses, penalties or other charges or expenses of any nature, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees caused by;

  • Your use of this site is in breach of this agreement.
  • brought by third parties as a result of their failure to comply with these regulations,
  • your violation of any law or the rights of other parties.

Airline schedule changes and flight cancellations

Airline policy on schedule changes

  •  Each airline has different conditions and policies regarding schedule changes that are beyond our control.   
  • Due to the operational needs of each airline, changes are frequently made to currently operating flights. Different types of changes include flight number, time, routes, and date. Cancellations include when an airline has temporarily suspended or canceled service to certain cities. 
  • Tarvomint.cl assumes no responsibility for canceled flights, missed connections, schedule changes, unconnected flights, or changes made by airlines.
  • For a variety of reasons, airlines sometimes initiate involuntary schedule changes. These changes include travel time, layover time, travel date, terminal changes, or flight number changes. These changes are made by the airlines and are beyond Reservationsdeal.co.uk's control. 
  • We will work closely with airlines to offer you a new flight option close to your original flight time; in the event of a schedule change, full-service airlines will operate.
  • In some cases, you may need to take action, depending on the type of schedule change notification from the airlines, which you will receive from Reservationsdeal.co.uk and/or the airlines.
  • If you have already arrived at the airport, you will need to speak to the airline counter agent.
  •  Before departure, if an airline changes any of its flights within 4 hours of the original flight time, Traomint.cl will notify you of the changes via email. 
  • We will send you a final email if we are unable to contact you with flight information.
  • Some ticket types may not be refundable even if the schedule change occurs more than 4 hours before the flight's departure.
  •  We assume no responsibility for canceled or disconnected flights due to schedule changes made by airlines.
  • It's very important for passengers to confirm their flights with any airline between 24 and 72 hours before departure, especially for those already traveling.
  •  Depending on your departure date and when we receive any flight change notifications from the airlines, we will inform you of the schedule change at least three times by email and call you at least once or twice. 
  • If you don't contact Reservationsdeal.co.uk or the airlines before your flight's departure, you may miss your flight, lose the value of your tickets, or have your travel schedule extended by 1 or 2 days, or even several days, before the airlines can accommodate you.

Our responsibility and limitation

  • When you connect to the services, the data and offers contained on our website are provided "as is" and "where available." We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, to you or any other person or entity regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, including, but not limited to, warranties arising by law or otherwise, or from trade usage, or any related materials, products, or services.
